Aft cabin used as storage room and located under the aft deck. it is also the access to the engine room.
Main accommodation area is accessible from the deck and down a few steps.
On the port side a fully equipped galley with 4 gas burner, a fridge and separate freezer, a small dishwasher and a microwave. Open galley to the saloon with on the port side a sofa bed (140x180) opposite a small drip feed oil (diesel) stove for cozy dry heat. The starboard side is composed of shelves.
Further down a corridor leading to the 4 cabins and 1 heads and shower room.
First to port a double berth cabin ( 140x190 cm) , second double berth cabin (120 x 200 cm) third double berth cabin (120 x 180 cm) and finally a single berth cabin on the starboard side (60x200 cm) there is one heads (electric heads, with shower and wash basin).
Headroom through this interior is 2m.
A portable AC unit which is also a dehumidifier is included in the sale.
HEATING:
Kabola diesel central heater through radiators.
HOT WATER:
Instant gas water heater in summer. The diesel fired KABOLA central heating boiler provides hot water in the winter.
TANKS:
2 water tanks for a total of 1000 litres
2 diesel tanks for propulsion and heater for a total of 1200 litres.
1 black tank of a capacity of 500 litres.
The forepeak accommodates the washing machine and the tumble dryer it also houses the bow thruster and generator.

Dutch sailing barge for sale in France.
Boatshed Paris is happy to offer this sailing Tjalk for sale.
Built in the Netherlands in 1912, she is still equipped with her mast, sails and leeboards and is used as a live aboard barge on a picturesque river in the Loire region.
Less than 20m she is sadly for sale after just a little more than 2 years because the owner has to move for professional reasons. She can accommodate up to 7 people in 4 cabins.
Our owner has mainly cruised canals and rivers but the vessel is French maritime registered and arrived by sea from the canal du Midi.
Thanks to her 1 metre draft and 3.30m air draft, mast down, she will go on most of the canal systems. All sails and standing riggings are available but will need to be checked before going sailing.
Current mooring could be transferred to a new owner subject to the approval of the local capitainerie. Annual cost is 1026.00 €.
