Comentario del broker
A lovely example of this very popular 31ft lifting keel yacht.
Delphia are well known for building great looking, modern sailing cruisers, they perform exceptionally well and this particular model has the added advantage of having a lifting keel which is perfect for exploring shallower waters or mooring on dry berths.
Up on deck she has teak on the cockpit seats which appear to be in good condition, and sheet winches beside the steering wheel making her a safe vessel for single handed sailing.
At the helm she is fitted with bowthruster controls, autopilot, a nice big compass and a folding steering wheel.
Internally she is clean, tidy and of a very modern design. She has a good size galley, a large saloon with large saloon table, nav station, head, shower and 2 cabins.
The yacht looks to have been exceptionally well maintained and would be perfect for a family or couple looking to spend time aboard coastal cruising or exploring shallower waterways.
