Steel cruiser by DeGroot from 1990. Nice steel work and quality joinery. Big windows good headroom and spacious decks. Practical and accessible installations and all well maintained.
Antifouling done in 2021.

Very bright and airy. Lots of opening windows good headroom with quality joinery and upholstery throughout. Large aft cabin with double bed 2 x 1.60, headroom 1.84m
Spacious heads with shower (75x70) and headroom 1.85m, toilet reconditioned in 2022 (pumps and seals) washbasin plus two opening windows. Lots of cupboards and under floor storage throughout. Double dinette converts to a double bed (1.85x1.20) and the V berths forward are 1.80x1.90 or just 2 single beds 90x1.90

Dutch steel cruiser for sale in the south of France. Boatshed Midi Canals is pleased to offer this 1990 DeGroot for sale. Easy, go anywhere dimensions yet very comfortable for a couple with occasional guests. Bright, well-maintained interior and woodwork, headlinings and floors all looking really nice. Engine bay and bilges are also squeaky clean. This is the kind of boat that really appeals to me! Everything you need and nothing you don't.
