Comentario del broker
This is a beautiful yacht that has had over €4M spent on its refit. The refit included new CAT C12 engines which have only 260 hours on them. A completely new electrical installation and wiring. New navigational gear and new domestic equipment. It is easy to close one's eyes and imagine the splendour of the finished project. The project is now in the finishing phase and around £100K could see it completed.
This is an ideal project for a yard looking for an opportunity to make a substantial profit on a re-sale.
The vessel is well documented and there are invoices for all the refit spend. There are also engineering diagrams for the entire vessel. Only a physical viewing will convince a potential buyer of the value that can be unlocked with this yacht.
