Covid-19 Update
The Boatshed organisation is acutely aware of the challenges for everyone as the situation around Covid-19 (Coronavirus) develops. Our first responsibility is for the safety of our customers and team. Boatshed offices are following the UK Government’s advice on managing Covid-19 and the restrictions on Non-essential Travel and Social Distancing. The welfare of our clients and customers is paramount to us and so we have introduced some temporary measures. We have moved our office operations to working from home and invite you to contact us on our usual numbers and links (below), with any query regarding your boat.
Whilst we are unable to carry out physical viewings during the current “lock down” period, we are open for business as normal in so far as dealing with all enquiries. We are doing all we can to give our customers and potential buyers as much information as possible, on any of the boats we have listed and hopefully with our online pictures and video etc, we can still satisfy all enquiries and support buyer interest.
Boatshed has led the way in online boat sales and so we are well prepared to continue. Boatshed technology and processes have been developed specifically for remote working and selling boats at a distance. We are still seeing a sustained level of online viewing and receiving offers for our boats. Our technology, marketing and efforts continue unabated during these difficult times. Moreover, we can also help if you have any wider queries regarding your boat, its storage and future use.
For those customers who are thinking of selling, we can still list your boat without visiting you or your boat. We can contact you and use the information you may have to create a temporary listing which we can update once restrictions are lifted which will enable you to market your boat at a time we see is busy with buyers viewing online.
We will continue to work hard for our clients selling their boat or finding new ones for customers searching for a boat. We will do everything we can to help with any query you may have. We will monitor the Government’s announcements closely for any changes and make sure that we keep you updated.
We hope that you stay safe and we look forward to being back on the water as soon as the restrictions are lifted and it is safe to do so.
