Comentario del broker
Immediately when I walked aboard there was a feeling of spaciousness. There is a traditional feel to the main saloon and aft cabin which are hand finished in varnished mahogany with many louvred door stowage lockers.
This Motor Yacht has been in the same ownership for the last 15 years and has had many improvements such as electric davits, a utility room and comprehensively equipped galley.
With 2 powerful Ford mermaid diesel engines, electric windlass, davits for lifting a small rib and 8 berths in 3 cabins all in just 45ft - this could make a Fab cruising boat for exploring the Balearics and the Med.
The boat is currently moored stern too and has stunning views across the bay - this mooring could possibly be continued by the new owner.
