Comentario del broker
This 1989 Carver Montego 27 is a spacious sports cruiser that has a lot to offer. She is presented in good clean Gelcoat and has a current Boat Safety Certificate to August 2026.
She is twin 4 cylinder mercruiser petrol powered and the engines appear to start and run quite nicely indeed and run smoothly too.
She has an excellent cockpit seating layout and the seats look to be in very good order. They can seat about 11 people in the cockpit so she is a very convivial space. Her helm is well laid out and equipped and has a double helm seat plus, there is a single navigators seat to port. She has a good size bathing platform and transom entry.
The cockpit floor has been recently Faux teak covered and looks very nice. She has 240 volt shore power installed and a battery charging system and 4 batteries.
The canopy is large and can be removed in sections so gives a great feeling of space and has good flexibility. The interior is a good size and she can sleep 4 in two separate cabins. The large undersole cabin has a dressing area and an en-suite with large heads and shower compartments.
The pictures show the mattress is not aboard at the time of taking the pictures. This will be returned to the boat this week. The upholstery of the large seating area looks to be in good condition and the infill cushions are present.
The galley offers ample space and facilities and has lots of storage options. She appears to be in generally good condition with just a couple of items that I noticed. The two widescreen wiper motors are disconnected, some of the headlining would benefit from a clean down and a tiny piece of the carpet by the small step could do with sticking down. All of which are minor issues.
The vendor advises the boat was serviced just before he bought her last year. If you are looking for a tidy and spacious sports cruiser which has a stylish presence then is boat may well be for be you.
