A modified Waverunner 55 lengthened but with reduced beam and air draught to allow passage through European canals. We are told that all modifications (including the addition of four watertight compartments were approved by the designer and the vessel was built under the supervision of a marine surveyor whos survey report is available. Construction was started in 1997 and the vessel was launched in 2008. The last visit by the construction surveyor was in 2009 after sea trials had been completed. The engine installation was carried out by the Cummins agent and the surveyor commented that the vessel was better than many professional builds. Last survey carried out on the vessel was on 9/9/21 and again the report is available. Our vendor, the second owner has spent +/- 130k € on an interior refit to his liking but an unexpected change in circumstances means he can no longer pursue his retirement cruising plans.

Broker's Comments

Motor yacht for sale in France. Boatshed Bourgogne is pleased to offer this unique TSDY based on the Bruce Roberts designs Waverunner 55 and modified to be able to access Europes canals. Built under YDSA surveyor supervision over ten years this is a real credit to the skill and patience of her first owner builder.

Spacious river cruising and ideal for Mediterranean exploring with multiple outdoor spaces and a huge swim platform. Inside I was particularly impressed with the galley, the raised deck saloon and the really spacious owners suit aft.

Our vendor has just completed a fairly comprehensive refit but is unable to pursue his cruising plans. Overall the boat looks very impressive but if you want to keep the top notch mega yacht look, you may well want to invest in a repaint and a new real teak deck.
