Broker's Comments

Always popular Broom 29 sedan from 1995.

Presented in all Gelcoat and with plastic teak flooring and a well running Nanni Diesel engine.

This boat started life on the hire fleet but has been in sympathetic private hands for several years now. She is toll paid and has a current Boat Safety Certificate and is well presented and tidy.

She has a nice aft cockpit with canopy over and a transom door to a full width bathing platform. Through twin aluminium doors to the sedan helm area with twin pilot seats and a large sliding hatch over.
Teak floors again throughout this area. Large engine hatch in the floor houses a well running Nanni diesel engine and gives full access to the engine for easy checking and maintenance.

Moving forward down the companionway, you find a convertible saloon that will make another double and to port a good sized well equipped galley. The large heads and shower compartment is further forward to port and is all clean and tidy and the toilet feeds to holding tank. There is also a holding tank gauge fitted too. The large off set master cabin is clean and roomy and offers a comfortable place to sleep. It should be noted that the main cabin foam mattress has no cover. However, this is a minor issue.

The boat has a bowthruster too which makes her a breeze to manage.
