The forward well deck has been covered and has been transformed into a centrally heated store cupboard! The forward saloon has been converted to a bedroom with walk round double bed 1.9m x 1.4m. The saloon has a convertible settee that makes another double of 1.9m x 1.3m. There is a heads / shower room with manual WC a utility room with storage and the domestic sized fridge and immense 12Kw central heating boiler. I can honestly say this is an extraordinary "Aladin's Cave" of practical modifications to provide an unpretentious practical cruising home. 20 Lts electric hot water tank
