This well presented Birchwood 35 Sportsman has been extensively refitted by the current owner and with its twin engines and stateroom accommodation, it is an excellent opportunity to own a spacious, cruising boat with great comfort.
The boat has been refitted for complete liveaboard opportunities in mind. Upgrades within the refit included a professionally fitted bathing platform, air conditioning, a replacement heating system and the boat being re-engined. The boat is complete with a separate utility room, housing a washing machine and dryer and additional storage space. Outside, the boat also has a spacious feel, including the additional cockpit Bimini, which extends the living area and is ideal for year-round entertaining.
Finally, the boat is being sold with a selection of original manuals, a photographic record of the refit and an inflatable tender, with outboard.
Altogether, this boat has a feel of good quality build and fit. The owner has invested significant amounts of finance and time in maintaining and improving a boat, which is well worth viewing by anybody considering a motor cruiser of this style and class.
