Built in 1977, this BIRCHWOOD 33 is 10,05 meters long on a 3,25 meters beam. Her air and water draft allow this boat to navigate almost anywhere on inland waterways and she is of course coast capable.
2 steering positions, one well protected centre cockpit position & one "fly" with a large terrace.
The antifoul has been done in 2019

PLEASE NOTE THAT AT THE TIME OF TAKING OUR PHOTOGRAPHS THE BOAT WAS "LAID UP" FOR WINTER AND AS SUCH NOT IN OPERATIONAL CONFIGURATION. THE FRIDGE FOR EXAMPLE HAS AN EMPLACEMENT IN THE COCKPIT UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES!!
From the cockpit with good headroom of 1.85m , 3 steps down forward to the galley, salon-dinette with good headroom of 1.94m, the big shower-WC and a huge berth (195 at the top and 1.40 at foot x 200 cm) in the forepeak in a V shape. The dinette could be transformed to a bed of 120 x 200 cm.
This whole area was refurbished 2017 & 2019 including with new upholstery.
Central heating by blown warm air, WEBASTO of 3500 W,
The galley is well equipped with new (2019) gas grill & 4 burner cooker.
A big shower will please the giants in the crew and hot water is supplied by a 220v tank (on shore power) or by the engines.
The aft cabin with 1.83 headroom has its own WC (with 1.65m headroom) and basin and a double bed 130 x 210 cm with a thick mattress. Water tank is located below the berth. storage and dressing table.

Coastal and inland waterways cruiser for sale on the Midi. Boatshed Midi Canals is pleased to offer this well restored Birchwood 33 for sale. We sold this vessel to the present owners two years ago and they have spent the last two years discovering the inland waterways of France and then the French & Spanish Mediterranean coasts. Experienced navigators they also found time to make a vast number of improvements to an already well looked after motor cruiser.
