Broker's Comments

These little Birchwood 22 cruisers are always popular. this particular one looks to be in a reasonable condition for her age and has good recent canvaswork at the cockpit.
She would make an excellent starter boat for someone looking to explore the inland waterways and enjoys a current Boat Safety Certificate to the end of 2016. Small enough to handle easily but large enough to spend a weekend or so on - just right for the coming summer.
