Comentario del broker
Here we have a cute little first river cruiser. These Birchwood 18 boats have a very stable cathedral hull and are a nice first boat that offers good space for her length and simple easy handling and simple mechanics.
This boat has been treated to a mini make over and offers a clean and tidy and fresh look. She has a Mariner 25hp electric start 4 stroke outboard that has been recently serviced (April 2024) and which started and ran very well. The current owner has spent over £2k improving and servicing the boat amd she was antifouled abxouple of months back. The owner has taken to boating and is now going bigger.
At some point in her life the gas system has been removed making her simple from a boat safety perspective. She has a current Safety Certificate to April 2025, plus her Broads toll is paid to March 2025.
She has two single berths / seats inside plus a small heads compartment with porta potti. There is a small galley area to starboard with a sink with foot pump.
She had a new canopy fitted last year that is in excellent condition and has also recently been repainted and has new fenders this year and she looks very tidy.
Please note the speed and depth units have power but are not currently working. The vendor will pay for the labour to have these fixed if the boat sells at the asking price any parts to be at buyers cost
If you are looking for a simple 'get on the water' boat, then this little Birchwood should meet that need.
It should be noted that there is a crack in the screen which will be replaced for the new owner
