Recent maintenance 2013 includes change of 3 bellows, water pump impeller, shift cable, transom gear box oil change and new exhaust system. Estimated cost £2,500. New fuel pump and domestic hot water tank in 2014. Full service on engine and leg 2015 and out of the water for antifoul and anodes. She has had minimal use (40 hours approx) during 2014/15

Comentario del broker
This is without doubt a 'big little boat'! Big enough to offer plenty of features and comfort, but not so big that it precludes easy handling or relatively economical ownership.
She has a bow thruster and electric windlass, 2 hot and cold showers, a well equipped galley and a comfortable saloon. The cockpit area has a versatile seating arrangement and a good all over enclosure for those not so pleasant days!
These are popular and well proven boats and this one has had a lot of money spent, particularly mechanically and has an ongoing program of maintenance and upgrades to improve her aesthetically - we will update the photographs as the jobs are done however she is all complete and ready to go, just a little trim needed here and there
