The boat was appraised in 2021 by an independent maritime and river expert at the L'Allemand shipyard in Agde. The expert assessed the boat at that time at €65,000, and the report is available upon request.

The exterior of the boat offers a beautiful terrace where 8 to 10 people can easily be accommodated. Additionally, the external canopy (not installed in my photos and videos) will protect you from the sun while navigating or docking. Bimini frame is included in the sale, as well as the deck furniture, table, and benches.
You enter the boat through the two sliding doors located on each side of the boat. This leads you into the boat's lounge, with a ceiling height of 1.70 meters. To starboard, there is a spacious workspace for cooking, a sink, three gas burners, and a built-in gas oven. Towards the forward port side of this room is the helm station. Also to port is a Chesterfield brand sofa. Adjacent to this sofa, easily accessible, are the boat's electrical panel and the control for the Webasto, which provides onboard heating. A water heater ensures hot water on board as well as heating the engine during navigation. The boat is also equipped with a 3 KVA diesel generator that can provide electricity on board in winter if the solar panels are insufficient. This very bright room also features an opening roof, very practical and convivial in summer.
Two steps lead us to stern. To starboard, there is a storage room equipped with a wardrobe with a ceiling height of 1.74 meters. To port, there is a pleasant shower toilet where the headroom is 1.77 meters. A spacious shower with an elbow room, an electric toilet, and a sink complete this room. Finally, aft, there is the large owner's cabin equipped with a double bed of 200X180 and numerous storage spaces. The height here is 1.74 meters. There was a water leak in the ceiling in the aft cabin which was recently repaired.
Let's return to the lounge to go towards the front part of the boat. Two steps lead us to the bow. To starboard, there is a space equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and washing machine as well as storage. The height is 1.78 meters in this area.
To port, we have the second toilet of the boat equipped with an electric toilet, a shower unused by our owners (but which can be connected to the boat's water system), and a sink. The height here is 1.76 meters.
Finally, the forward peak cabin, with a height of 1.70 meters, is equipped with a bed 90X180.
To be planned:
Install a Gas locker outside the boat and connect it to the gas circuit.
Install the new Victron Blue Smart Charger 12v30amp shore charger (new and included in the sale) to recharge the batteries while docked.

Here is your opportunity to acquire a spacious and well-equipped river cruiser, offered with all its contents (dishwasher, washing machine, three gas burners and oven, refrigerator, microwave, sofa).
Initially built as a liveaboard barge, it features a well-thought-out layout that maximizes extra space for additional amenities such as a walk-in closet and a laundry room. There have been only 3 owners since its construction in 1989, and it has never been used as a rental boat.
The accommodation consists of two cabins (a double aft cabin and a forward cabin with a single bed). To complement the accommodation, there are two separate bathrooms. To top it off, there is a large outdoor terrace to enjoy the outdoors.
