Comentario del broker
This is a part completed Steel Ketch that is probably around 90% completed. She was surveyed in 2001 and the surveyor has very recently been back to look at the boat as she has obviously moved on from when he last saw her. Please ask for a copy of the 2001 survey if you would like to view.
The owner's father has done a beautiful job inside and out and the standard of work is extremely high. Unfortunately he passed away before being able to finish the boat but pretty well everything you need is there. The owner dug a large trench in his large business shed and built her in situ. The trench can be extended and the front of that section of the shed removed to get the boat out to be craned. Everything is brand new although purchased mainly in the 90's. The sails and booms are still in their delivery tubes although the mast is sitting outside.
She was hard to photograph and there was a lot of dust flying around inside as seen in some of the pictures, but the boat really needs to be seen to appreciate the opportunity.
