Drives: Volvo Penta duo-prop outdrives
Annually serviced since new by Volvo Penta agents Side Power bow thruster fitted 2016 Outdrives and bow thruster serviced for 2023 season May/June 2023 including fitting of new anodes for both drives and bow-thruster
Just serviced end May 23 ready for the coming boating season . Work includes lift out clean and polish off the hull fresh anti fouling, all anodes replaced, full service of the drives.
In 2021 she had both Volvo Penta DPS (B) Z drives completely overhauled for the extended Italian trips. All the usual Z drive maintenance was carried out (new hoses, bellows, oil and anodes) plus new drive shafts, U/J joints, seals, and bearings by Sud Marine at a cost of over €11,500 plus the cost of all new batteries. We never used her for these trips and coupled with the 2022 engine maintenance she is in superb condition, she just needs a pressure wash to the hull
She also has a variety of shore power connection leads which have enabled us to berth at many locations along the Riviera.

There are 2 fish finding transducers which operate at 2 different frequencies.
The Raymarine multifunction chart plotter has a data bus that can be connected into the Volvo Penta engine monitoring system, so that data displayed on the VP instruments can also be displayed on the Raymarine equipment.
The chart plotter is networked with the DSC radio to display AIS boat identification information and allows variable proximity alarms to be set.

This Airon 300 is in truly stunning condition and has been owned by an Aerospace / Aerospatial Engineer, who has spent a lot of time and money on all aspects of her maintenance.
She has recently had many upgrades and equipment such as a new Raymarine chart plotter and VHF with DSC
New Flexiteek fitted to bathing platform
The engine room is in pristine condition and is easily accessed through the large hatch with electric assisted lift
She is very capable and efficient, a luxurious day boat or weekender, the size and comfort of her cabin will impress
and of all the possible layout options she enjoys the most sociable
A viewing will not disappoint
