Broker's Comments

Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 50ft Narrowboat for sale with Limehouse residential mooring.

PLEASE NOTE: The new owners won't be able to move onto the boat until the end of August.

Built in 1989, this Trad Stern boat is an ideal floating home for a couple or individual that wants the security of a residential mooring with excellent transport links.

The boat has diesel powered central heating and multi fuel stove which was fitted by the current owner who has owned it since 2014.

The cabin has a large double bed with good storage options and the bathroom has a brand new shower fitted with pump out loo.

The residential mooring at Limehouse is fully transferable on payment of a 5% transfer fee (of the sale price). Current mooring fees are £9,300 p.a. appox.

Limehouse Basin is a great community of boaters and is 5 minutes from the DLR station enabling you to be in Bank in 15 minutes from your boat. The marina has laundry, pump out facilities and WiFi and is the most popular marina in London because of its proximity to the centre of town and the surrounding area with great bars and restaurants.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
