Broker's Comments

This is a very solidly built Dutch motor sailor. She is a heavy displacement very seaworthy yacht that would not be out of place in any navy or coastguard service, but she would be equally at home on the inland waterways of Europe

She has plenty of space both in the cockpit and cabins. The wide side decks make her easy to get around, and with her aft cabin and centre cockpit layout, this vessel is comfortable and spacious,

Since buying her in 2008 the owners have spent over £48,000 upgrading her including a new Perkins Sabre 85hp engine with trolling valve for slower speeds in the canals, bow thruster. auto pilot Raymarine plotter with radar. new windows, toilet and Nelson Cooker.

This vessel wants for nothing and is in immaculate condition as is evidenced by the photographs. Unfortunately due to ill health she has been little used since her upgrades (45 engine hours since 2010) and now represents an ideal opportunity for serious cruising both here and abroad.

Dear Mr Crook,

I am looking for a similar one Rogger 35 with aft twin single.
I have two kids and I will be using the boat for cruising long-range plus liveaboard.

And the last thing, my budget is limited.

Regards,
Murat
