Broker's Comments

The Colvic Watson 35 is a robustly built motor sailor, designed by G L Watson who also designed lifeboats. She can handle the most adverse weather conditions yet can manoeuvre into tight marina berths with her powerful bow thruster.
This boat has cruised extensively and is currently owned by a retired boat builder who has carried out a refit in the galley, heads and wheelhouse. She has had a lot of new equipment fitted including new stacker packs, toilet, calorifier, carpets and battery management system. The hull has been repainted and antifouled plus new anodes have been fitted,
The accommodation comprises of a wheel house with seating around the table which converts to a single berth and the helmsmans seat is opposite. Going forward down the companionway steps the captains cabin is located starboard with a good sized galley opposite. There is plenty of seating around the saloon table, this converts to another double berth and the heads is opposite. In the forward cabin there are 2 single berths.
The engine room is under the wheelhouse and access is gained from the main saloon. She is fitted with a 127hp Gardner diesel engine, which means she can motor at a top speed of nearly 11 knots and will comfortably cruise at 7-8 knots.
She is presented to a high standard. This is a boat designed for the discerning cruising yachtsman.
