As an American I am curious as to whether or not someone is looking for someone to take over their payments on their boat? I am 72 and retired and would love to spend a large part of every year in the
river and canal systems of both the UK and France, Holland as well as Europe. I understand there also exists other costs such as docking, insurance and regular costs associated with living aboard, fees and permits necessary for canals throughout the British Isles.

Thank You,

Earl H. Williams
