Broker's Comments

This retired MFV was built to go shrimping in the North Atlantic, so, she was built very strongly. Her hull appears to be very sound and she has a recent survey. Clearly, she is a conversion project waiting for an imaginative person to fall in love with her. She really is a big boat and would make a very spacious motor sailor with good sea keeping abilities. Her hull has been subject to considerable work by commercial ship wrights. The engine has been worked on recently by a marine engineer and is said to be in good order. There are not many of these unmolested MFVs left, so, if it is your dream to create an individual live-aboard boat, this old girl should be viewed. If you want a finished boat, look at boat ref. 10650 on www.boatshedfalmouth.com. These boat details are subject to contract.Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
