Broker's Comments

Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 50ft x 10ft Wide Beam for sale. Now being sold with a Leisure mooring at South Dock in SE London.

The hull was fabricated in 2000 but the fit out was done in 2007 and the boat wasn't launched until then. It has a clever layout that makes it feel much longer than 50ft and with two cabins and beds for 6, it is suitable as a liveaboard or a cruiser. The sofa beds in the living area mean you can actually sleep 10 on board.

The open plan living area at the front of the boat is bright and spacious with brand new TV and a well equipped galley.

The boat was shot-blasted, blacked and had new anodes fitted in 2015 and the BSS runs until 2019.

Current mooring fees are roughly £6,350 p.a.
