The owner removed the gas cooker last year as he doesn't like gas on a boat. You could fit an Origo spirit cooker (I used to have one in my boat and they are brilliant) or have the gas system re-installed.

When I visited the yacht the owner had the Mikuni cabin heater going - it was toasty warm!

Broker's Comments

I have to say I do like the Beneteau range, I have sailed quite a few of them and they fulfil most of the things you’d want from a fairly quick all-rounder. She is comfortable, nicely laid out and this particular boat has been very well looked after.

The accommodation is very good for a 29-footer, the aft cabin is big enough and the heads are easily accessible and well laid out. She is clean and tidy down below, obviously well maintained.

She was anti-fouled in January last year, and she had £1000 spent on her engine in December 2015. New rudder stock, new cutlass bearing, new anodes all in January 2016. Also the owner replaced all the keel bolts in January 2016 – although when he removed them he found that they were sound. New Doyle mainsail March 2016. The previous owner replaced the mast and rigging in 2012, but sadly we can’t find the bills for that.

All the through hull fittings were replaced in March 2016, as were the stern gland, and anchor chain. A new propeller was fitted in April 2016.

Come along and see her – you’ll find a clean, tidy, well prepared boat ready for sale, no junk, no clutter, the boat is now ashore and ready for you to come and visit!
